A: 100% of your contribution goes to the Dr. Gertrude A. Barber Foundation and is used for programs for children and adults with special needs. Grammy covers the cost of all her racing expenses.

Where do you work out? What is your training program?

A: I personally workout at the LECOM Medical Firness & Wellness Center in Erie, PA. I do follow a five-to-six days a week training program, depending on my schedule. My training consists of track work, treadmill time, stationary bikes and swimming along with some weight training. This facility has everything I need and is beautiful! They have trainers available who will design a training program that is best for you. I also use the services of their registered dietician. If you live in the area, stop by and visit this facility or check it out at www.lecomwellness.com. Tell them "Grammy" sent you.

Where can I purchase Autism ribbon pins, car magnets, etc.?

A: Check with your area Autism Society. The Autism Society of Northwestern Pennsylvania has these items and more. Their mission is to support and inform parents and families living with an Autism diagnosis. Check out their website at www.nwpa-asa.org for more information or contact Tish Bartlett, Outreach Coordinator, at (814) 455-3540.

Did Jeff Galloway's Run-Walk-Run method really help you?

A: YES! Jeff feels that everyone should be able to keep running until they reach 100. This method helps keep you injury free whether you are running or speed walking and it improved my race finish time! Visit his website at www.jeffgalloway.com for more details.

Where do you get your sparkle skirts?

A: My very comfortable skirt comes from www.sparkleskirts.com. The waistband has a zippered pocket for car key and phone. The attached shorts have two pockets perfect for holding gels and sports beans. Sparkle Skirts donates $2 to the Dr. Gertrude A. Barber Foundation for every green sparkle skirt sold.
